Communication Started in October 2024
This customer actually didn’t come out of nowhere. He first contacted us back in October 2024, and since then we had been discussing different amusement products from time to time. Although he didn’t place an order during that period, we kept communicating and helping him understand the market and product options.
Over time, he got to know us better and became more and more confident in our professionalism — from our product and industry knowledge, to the way we communicate openly and clearly, give suggestions based on what he really needs instead of pushing sales, and always respond quickly with helpful service. So even without purchasing, trust was slowly being built during the whole communication period.

Everything changed on November 24, 2025. We posted a WhatsApp status showing ready-stock inflatable bouncers and slides. These were exactly the types of products he was interested in. The moment he saw the update, he contacted us right away and asked for the list of in-stock models. After checking the catalog, he selected 12 designs and confirmed the order the very next day.
And then came the best part: He sent the deposit immediately via Alipay — no hesitation at all.
