We recently completed a shipment for a client in Georgia, including an 80㎡ Indoor Playground for Outdoor Use and a Net Dome Bumper Cars set.
To help the client save on shipping costs, we managed to load both products into a single container — a process that required careful planning, multiple tests, and a full day of on-site coordination.
This project shows not only our production capability, but also our hands-on logistics experience and problem-solving approach.

Case Overview
Client Location: Georgia
Equipment Included:
- 80㎡ Indoor Playground for Outdoor Use
- Net Dome Bumper Cars
Suitable For:
- Family Entertainment Centers
- Shopping Malls
- Indoor & Outdoor Commercial Venues
By combining a kids’ playground with an interactive bumper car attraction, the client can offer a more complete family entertainment experience and appeal to a wider age range.
Factory Testing & Preparation
Before shipment, all equipment was tested at our factory to ensure stable performance and safety.
This helps make sure everything arrives ready for smooth installation and quick operation at the client’s site.
We always aim to reduce installation time and avoid unnecessary delays once the equipment reaches the destination.
Single-Container Loading: A Real Challenge
To reduce freight costs, the client requested that both the indoor playground and bumper cars be shipped in one container.
Because of the large size, different structures, and many components, our team went through multiple container layout plans before finding the best solution.
- We loaded the bumper cars first
- Then carefully arranged the playground parts around the remaining space
- Several loading plans were tested and adjusted
- The whole process took an entire day to finalize and complete
It wasn’t easy — but in the end, we successfully fit everything into one container, helping the client save shipping costs while keeping the cargo safe and secure.
