This project is another cooperation with our Georgia client, who had previously ordered an 80㎡ indoor playground for outdoor use and a Net Dome Bumper Cars set.
Just after those products were packed and prepared for shipment, the client decided to place a new order — a custom-designed inflatable slide to further expand their amusement business.
The quick follow-up order shows the client’s strong confidence in our product quality and service.
Design Process
To meet the client’s specific site requirements and theme preferences, our design team carried out a complete customization process step by step:
- 2D Layout Design – We first prepared a 2D plan to define the available area, height, and structural proportions. This helped the client confirm the required size and basic layout.
- 3D Rendering Design – Based on the approved 2D plan, we developed a detailed 3D rendering to display the dragon-themed shape, color combinations, and decorative details.
- Final Confirmation – After the 3D design was reviewed and approved, the client confirmed all details before we began production.
Factory Test
After production was completed, our team conducted a full inflation and factory inspection to ensure everything met export standards.
The dragon-themed inflatable slide features vivid red and yellow colors, two sliding lanes, and eye-catching dragon decorations that make it stand out in any amusement area.
During testing, we carefully checked:
- Air tightness and pressure stability
- Stitching strength and overall durability
- Appearance and decorative detailing
We also recorded a factory test video and took several on-site photos to share the real testing process with the client.
