After almost two years of regular commercial operation, the customer noticed an issue related to the train’s electronic drive control system. Since the train itself remained in good mechanical condition, our engineering team immediately arranged a remote troubleshooting session to identify the exact cause.
Remote Diagnosis by Our Engineers
Instead of asking the customer to replace parts one by one, our engineers scheduled a video call and worked closely with the customer step by step.
Through careful inspection of the electrical system, wiring, power supply, and operating status, the team successfully identified that the issue originated from the motor controller, while the rest of the train was operating normally.
By locating the exact faulty component, unnecessary replacement costs and downtime were avoided.
Factory-Cost Spare Parts Without Delay
Once the problem was confirmed, we immediately offered to provide a brand-new motor controller at factory cost.
Because June is one of the busiest operating seasons for amusement parks, every day of downtime means lost revenue for our customer.
After discussing the situation with the customer, we quickly coordinated with our trusted logistics partners to create the fastest possible shipping solution.
From China to Russia in Only Four Days
Rather than using conventional international shipping, we arranged a special transportation route:
- The replacement controller was first shipped from our factory in Zhengzhou to Beijing.
- Our logistics partner then carried the spare part by air directly to Russia.
- After customs clearance, the package was transferred to a local courier for final delivery to the customer’s location.
Thanks to this customized logistics solution, the replacement part traveled from China to Russia in only four days, allowing the customer to restore normal operation as quickly as possible.
