Bumper Cars Installation Support

Arena Floor Installation

Step 1: Wooden Frame Placement & Leveling
Place square wooden beams on the ground to form the base structure. Use measuring tools to carefully level and align each beam, ensuring the entire floor framework is even and stable.

Step 2: Steel Plate Installation
Lay steel plates over the wooden frame. Use an electric drill to temporarily fix several screws for positioning. Maintain a 5cm gap between each steel plate to allow proper installation and later welding.

Step 3: Lighting Cable & Insulation Board Setup
Install lighting cables on top of the wooden beams and drill holes as required. Place the lights inside the prepared openings if lighting is included (this step can be skipped if no lights are used). Secure the transparent insulation boards over the structure to provide electrical isolation and protection.

Step 4: Welding & Surface Finishing
Weld the steel plates together according to the layout plan. After welding, grind and polish the surface to ensure it is smooth and safe for bumper car operation.

Step 5: Anti-Theft Barrier Welding
Weld the anti-theft barrier supports around the arena. The support legs are welded at intervals of one support for every steel plate, ensuring structural strength and enhanced safety.
